SEALING SPECIALIST ISO-CHEMIE HONOURED WITH TWO INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

The annual awards are highly recognised in the industry throughout Europe. The winner impressed both the expert jury of the BUILD Construction & Engineering Awards 2024, a leading international media company for the construction and property market, as the best manufacturer of foam products and the evaluation panel of Construction Business Review magazine. Following nominations by subscribers and a comprehensive evaluation by an expert panel of executives, industry thought leaders and the editorial board, ISO-Chemie was named Company of the Year in Building Waterproofing Solutions by Construction Business Review. Both awards confirm the company's leading market position and are further recognition of ISO-Chemie's ongoing commitment, excellent reputation and trust among customers and industry experts.

Patented expertise
The numerous patents are impressive proof of the company's innovative strength. Since the company was founded, ISO-Chemie has produced almost 70 patent families with many individual applications. One of the very successful product developments in the field of window sealing is, for example, the multifunctional joint sealing tape ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC. The patent-pending product is equipped with a completely new hybrid technology that combines the outstanding air and driving rain tightness of window connection films with the enormous expansion force and high permanent absorption capacity of pre-compressed flexible polyurethane foam joint sealing tapes.

45 years of manufacturing experience
Over the years, ISO-Chemie has launched many high-performance products for sealing joints in window, facade, metal and timber constructions as well as for fire protection and thermal insulation composite systems. These help to reduce energy consumption in buildings. “The recipe for success of our products is that they are not only very energy-efficient, but also easy, quick and safe to apply. In addition, all of our sealing products are optimally coordinated in terms of function and application and can therefore be combined as required.” explains Inge Knorn, Head of Marketing at ISO-Chemie.

The innovative and practical sealing solutions not only have a positive effect on the energy balance of buildings, they also promote a healthy indoor climate. Many ISO-Chemie sealing products have been awarded the GEV EMICODE® EC1PLUS label as “very low emission”. Classification in the premium class of the Association of Emission Controlled Flooring Installation Materials, Adhesives and Building Products (GEV) means the greatest possible safety from indoor air pollution. This gives installers and building owners the guarantee that these products do not release any hazardous substances into the room air and do not cause any health risks.
