Adhesive strength for defence

ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F

ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F is a high-quality, flexible one-component sealing on a acrylate dispersion basis corresponding to DIN EN ISO 11600-F-12,5E. It is almost odourless, colour-fast, weather- and UV-resistant. ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F remains waterproof and permanently elastic even after curing. The innovative sealant demonstrates its optimum adhesive properties on many porous materials as well as on rigid PVC and Aluminium.

Flexibility for central midfield

ISO-TOP ELASTIFLEX

ISO-TOP ELASTIFLEX is a highly elastic PUR spray foam which is about three times more flexible than conventional PUR foams on the market. The high flexibility significantly reduces the risk of the foam cracking in the joint, and thus guarantees thermal and sound insulation long-term on the functional level. Thermal elongation of patio doors, lift-and-slide doors and large-size construction elements can be fitted easily thanks to the high flexibility of the PUR spray foam. ISO-TOP ELASTIFLEX guarantees a high wind-tightness of connection joints and can be processed at temperatures down to -10 °C. Low volume loss and very good form stability are further positive characteristics of ISO-TOP ELASTIFLEX.

ISO-TOP FACADE SEAL

ISO-TOP FACADE SEAL is an almost odourless, sprayable sealant on a hybrid polymer basis, which is ideal for the sealing of moving joints on the outside of buildings thanks to its colour-fastness and resistance to weathering and UV rays.

What makes the difference with ISO-TOP FACADE SEAL:

LEVEL 1:
SEPARATION OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIMATE

The penetration of humid room air into the structure is prevented by this level, thus preventing condensation of this humidity at points where surface temperatures are below the dew point. Air tight sealing products are fitted to prevent uncontrolled heat loss and drafts via the connection joint.

LEVEL 2:
FUNCTIONAL AREA

Thermal and acoustic protection are guaranteed by this level. The functional area must remain dry and must not be subject to condensation from the room side nor driving rain from the outside.

LEVEL 3:
SECURE WEATHER PROTECTION

Level 3 must be designed to resist driving rain, as a wind and rain barrier. Driving rain values of at least 600 Pa are usually required; these are achieved or even significantly exceeded.

The straightforward processing of ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F and ISO-TOP FACADE SEAL is no problem at all with the aluminium tube press ISO-TOP PRESSFIX.

ISO-TOP BLUE PRIMER

This bonding agent prepares mineral and fibrous surfaces perfectly for further processing with ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F and ISO-TOP FACADE SEAL.

ISO-TOP CLEANEX

This cleaner achieves top cleaning results on the inside and outside of PUR foam guns and removes fresh soiling caused by 1-component spray foam easily.
